The idea for The Local Boss started in a place most business software never does: a local pub.
Three colleagues working on Google Business Profile solutions for global enterprises. Hundreds of thousands of locations. Deep expertise. Serious infrastructure.
And yet, sitting there, it was obvious: none of that helped the businesses around them.
The pub. The barber down the street. The café on the corner.
That gap became impossible to ignore when Google Maps sent one of us to a park instead of a barbershop. The owner knew the pin was wrong. He had tried to fix it. An agency wanted more than it was worth.
